In Friday's league outing, the Keene Blackbirds (Keene, NH) basketball squad beat the visiting Spaulding Red Raiders (Rochester, NH), by a count of 48-38.

The Blackbirds (4-8) will now prepare for their outing against Dover (Dover, NH). The Green Wave go into the Division I outing with a 7-7 record. In their last outing, Dover was topped by Portsmouth (Portsmouth, NH), 56-26, in a league outing.

The Red Raiders now hold a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Nashua South for a Division I outing on Tuesday, February 21. Spaulding will clash with a Purple Panthers squad coming off a 65-49 league win over Merrimack (Merrimack, NH). The Purple Panthers record now stands at 4-9.
