The Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology Colonials basketball team (Alexandria, VA), was nudged 42-35 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting West Springfield Spartans (Springfield, VA)

The Spartans now sport a 15-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Robinson for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 21. West Springfield will battle a Rams team coming off a 46-32 league win over Lake Braddock (Burke, VA). The Rams record now stands at 22-2.
