The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA) and the host Palisades Dolphins (Pacific Palisades, CA), saw Mira Costa's lacrosse team achieve victory over Palisades by a margin of 15-9.
The Mustangs (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Francis (La Canada, CA). The Golden Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, St. Francis was overwhelmed by Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA), 17-7, in a non-league challenge.
The Dolphins (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA). The Wolverines enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.
