Texas High School Softball - Sachse gets by Highland Park

Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Sachse Mustangs (Sachse, TX) and the host Highland Park Scots (Dallas, TX), witnessed Sachse's softball squad tip Highland Park by a count of 5-4.

The Mustangs now sport a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to University for a non-league match on Saturday, February 18. Sachse will face a Trojans squad coming off a 11-5 non-league loss to Princeton (Princeton, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Highland Park moves to 0-2 on the season. The Scots travel to Tyler Legacy (Tyler, TX) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league test on Friday, February 24. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 1-1.
