In Saturday's non-league outing, the Cooper Jaguars (Union, KY) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Grant County Braves (Dry Ridge, KY), by a margin of 71-50.

The Jaguars (18-8) will now prepare for their outing against Dixie Heights (Edgewood, KY). The Colonels go into the non-league outing with a 15-11 record.

The Braves now own a 12-16 record. They play next when they travel to Bryan Station for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 20. Grant County will clash with a Defenders squad coming off a 78-48 non-league win over Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY). The Defenders record now stands at 21-4.
