Ohio High School Basketball - Eastern can't hold off Fairland

The Fairland Dragons basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Eastern Warriors to 61 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Dragons now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Huntington for a non-league contest on Monday, February 19. Fairland will battle a Huntsmen team coming off a 54-36 league loss to Zane Trace (Chillicothe, OH). The Huntsmen record now stands at 6-16.
The Warriors (16-6) will now prepare for their contest against Dawson-Bryant (Coal Grove, OH). The Hornets enter the non-league contest with a 3-19 record. In their last contest, Dawson-Bryant was nudged by Chesapeake (Chesapeake, OH), 51-33, in a league contest.
