Muskegon Big Reds (Muskegon, MI) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Grand Blanc Bobcats (Grand Blanc, MI), 59-29 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Muskegon upgrades its record to 16-2 on the campaign. The Big Reds host Kalamazoo Central (Kalamazoo, MI) to play the Maroon Giants in a non-league bout on Monday, February 19. The Maroon Giants come into the bout with a record of 10-7.

Next up, the Bobcats play the Midland Chemics (Midland, MI) in a Saginaw Valley bout, on Tuesday, February 20. Grand Blanc will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record. The Chemics come into the bout with a 3-17 record after their 55-43 league win over Central (Bay City, MI).
