The Thomas Nelson Generals basketball team scored 83 points and held the visiting Holmes Bulldogs to 51 in the Generals non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Generals now sport a 5-20 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holmes for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 17. Thomas Nelson will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 80-62 non-league loss to Augusta (Augusta, KY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-19.
The Bulldogs (2-20) will now prepare for their contest against Thomas Nelson (Bardstown, KY). The Generals enter the non-league contest with a 4-20 record. In their last contest, Thomas Nelson triumphed over Francis Parker (Louisville, KY), 60-51, in a non-league contest.
