The Lakeland Thunderbirds basketball team (Minocqua, WI), dropped 81-66 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Marquette Redmen (Marquette, MI)
The Redmen now sport a 19-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kingsford for a Great Northern U.P. battle on Thursday, February 22.
The Thunderbirds (12-10) will now prepare for their battle against Ashland (Ashland, WI). The Oredockers come into the non-league battle with a 7-14 record. In their last battle, Ashland dropped by Barron (Barron, WI), 55-47, in a league battle.
