The Mapleton Mounties (Ashland, OH) basketball crushed the visiting Temple Christian Crusaders (Mansfield, OH), 63-14 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Mounties (15-6) will now prepare for their test against Monroeville (Monroeville, OH). The Eagles go into the Firelands test with a 6-15 record. In their last test, Monroeville was trounced by Norwalk (Norwalk, OH), 54-32, in a non-league test.
The Crusaders now own a 0-10 record.
