Moore Mustangs (Louisville, KY) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Western Warriors (Louisville, KY), 68-58 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Moore upgrades its record to 14-11 on the season. The Mustangs host Eastern (Louisville, KY) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 20. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 18-8. Eastern won 57-44 in their recent non-league bout against Oldham County (Buckner, KY)

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Fairdale Bulldogs (Fairdale, KY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 19. Western will attempt to upgrade on its 6-15 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 21-7 record after their 97-77 league loss to Pleasure Ridge Park (Louisville, KY).
