The New Rockford-Sheyenne Rockets basketball team (New Rockford, ND), was nudged 53-46 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Wilton/Wing Miners (Wilton, ND)
The Miners now possess a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Center-Stanton for a B District 6 battle on Friday, February 23. Wilton/Wing will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 70-61 non-league win over Tioga (Tioga, ND). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-12.
The Rockets (12-10) will now prepare for their battle against Langdon (Langdon, ND). The Cardinals come into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.
