In Saturday's non-league match, the host Varsity Opponent basketball team scored a tight 73-72 triumph over the Quality Education Academy Fighting Pharaohs.
In their next game, the meet the Lake Forest Academy Caxys (Lake Forest, IL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 17. Varsity Opponent will attempt to better on its 427-1546 season record. The Caxys enter the match with a 10-19 record after their 75-26 non-league win over Cristo Rey St. Martin (Waukegan, IL).
With the defeat, Quality Education Academy moves to 23-8 on the year.
