In their next game, the Dutch face the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs (Dallas Center, IA) in a Little Hawkeye game, on Tuesday, February 20. Pella will attempt to move on its 15-7 season record. The Mustangs enter the game with a 19-3 record after their 56-44 non-league win over Knoxville (Knoxville, IA).

With the defeat, Ballard moves to 13-9 on the year.
