In Saturday's league outing, the Brandon Valley Lynx (Brandon, SD) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Douglas Patriots (Box Elder, SD), by a count of 68-34.
The Lynx (14-3) will now prepare for their outing against Mitchell (Mitchell, SD). The Kernels go into the AA outing with a 17-1 record. In their last outing, Mitchell smashed Roosevelt (Sioux Falls, SD), 52-35, in a league outing.
The Patriots now hold a 2-17 record. They play next when they travel to Sturgis Brown for a AA outing on Tuesday, February 20. Douglas will clash with a Scoopers squad coming off a 59-30 league loss to Stevens (Rapid City, SD). The Scoopers record now stands at 3-14.
