Brownstown Central Braves (Brownstown, IN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Linton-Stockton Miners (Linton, IN), 48-41 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Brownstown Central upgrades its record to 19-9 on the season. The Braves travel to Eastern Hancock (Charlottesville, IN) to encounter the Royals in a non-league outing on Saturday, February 17. The Royals go into the outing with a record of 24-1. Eastern Hancock won 55-40 in their recent non-league outing against Parke Heritage (Rockville, IN)
The Miners now own a 21-7 record.
