Rhode Island High School Ice Hockey - Pilgrim succumbs to Notre Dame

The Notre Dame Green Knights (West Haven, CT) ice hockey bounced the host Pilgrim Patriots (Warwick, RI), 8-2 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Green Knights now hold a 11-3 record. They play next when they travel to Xaverian Brothers for a non-league battle on Monday, February 19. Notre Dame will play a Hawks team coming off a 6-1 league win over Malden Catholic (Malden, MA). The Hawks record now stands at 14-4.

The Patriots (6-12) will now prepare for their battle against Cumberland (Cumberland, RI). The Clippers come into the State Championship Division battle with a 3-12 record. In their last battle, Cumberland was ripped by La Salle Academy (Providence, RI), 11-1, in a league battle.
