Ottoville Big Green (Ottoville, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Leipsic Vikings (Leipsic, OH), 36-30 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Ottoville upgrades its record to 12-8 on the campaign. The Big Green host Wayne Trace (Haviland, OH) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Friday, February 23. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 4-0. Wayne Trace won 37-29 in their recent non-league bout against Shawnee (Lima, OH)

Next up, the Vikings play the Fort Jennings Musketeers (Fort Jennings, OH) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 22. Leipsic will attempt to upgrade on its 7-13 season record.
