Rains Wildcats (Emory, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Eustace Bulldogs (Eustace, TX), 18-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Wildcats now sport a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Henderson for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 20. Rains will face a Lions squad coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to MacArthur (San Antonio, TX). The Lions record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Eustace falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Mineola (Mineola, TX) to face the Yellowjackets in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 17. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a record of 3-2.
