The Century Centurions baseball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Godinez Fundamental Grizzlies to 1 in the Centurions non-league win on Monday.
The Centurions now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to University for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 19. Century will play a Trojans team coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Pacifica Christian (Newport Beach, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Godinez Fundamental drops to 0-1 on the year. The Grizzlies travel to Orange (Orange, CA) to play the Panthers in a non-league test on Tuesday, February 18. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 0-0.
