The Pickford Panthers basketball team scored 88 points and limited the host Cheboygan Chiefs to 56 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Panthers now have a 18-1 record. They play next when they travel to Engadine for a Eastern Upper Peninsula game on Tuesday, February 18. Pickford will confront a Eagles team coming off a 66-15 league loss to Cedarville (Cedarville, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 2-14.

With the loss, Cheboygan falls to 13-8 on the campaign. The Chiefs travel to Charlevoix (Charlevoix, MI) to confront the Rayders in a Lake Michigan game on Tuesday, February 18. The Rayders go into the game with a record of 13-7. Charlevoix lost 53-49 in their recent league game against Elk Rapids (Elk Rapids, MI)
