Virginia High School Basketball - Regents triumphant over Dayspring Christian Academy

The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Regents Lions (Charlottesville, VA) and the visiting Dayspring Christian Academy Lions (Blacksburg, VA), observed Regents's basketball team overwhelm Dayspring Christian Academy by a score of 50-21.

The Lions (15-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Roanoke Valley Christian (Roanoke, VA). The EAGLES come into the non-league challenge with a 17-6 record. In their last challenge, Roanoke Valley Christian trounced Ridgeview Christian (Stuarts Draft, VA), 52-29, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Lions encounter the Southwest Virginia Academy Conquerors (Roanoke, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 25. Dayspring Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 8-11 season record.
