The Mt. Carmel Golden Aces basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Grayville Bison to 51 in the Golden Aces non-league triumph on Monday.
The Golden Aces now have a 8-21 record. They play next when they host Red Hill for a non-league game on Friday, February 21. Mt. Carmel will confront a Salukis team coming off a 88-40 non-league loss to North Clay/Clay City (Louisville, IL). The Salukis record now stands at 14-15.
With the loss, Grayville falls to 12-18 on the campaign. The Bison travel to Dieterich (Dieterich, IL) to confront the Movin Maroons in a non-league game on Thursday, February 20. The Movin Maroons go into the game with a record of 22-7. Dieterich won 70-53 in their recent non-league game against Woodlawn (Woodlawn, IL)
