The University Academy Charter Gryphons defeated the host Southeast Knights basketball squad by a final score of 51-43 in Monday's non-league outing.

Next, the Gryphons clash with the St. Michael the Archangel Guardians (Lee's Summit, MO) in a Crossroads outing, on Thursday, February 20. University Academy Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 6-13 season record. The Guardians come into the outing with a 7-10 record after their 61-55 league loss to Summit Christian Academy (Lee's Summit, MO).

The Knights (3-12) will now prepare for their outing against Paseo Academy of Performing Arts (Kansas City, MO). The Pirates come into the Interscholastic outing with a 2-8 record.
