The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the McGregor Mercuries (McGregor, MN) and the visiting Greenway Raiders (Coleraine, MN), observed McGregor's basketball team overwhelm Greenway by a score of 58-31.

The Mercuries (13-13) will now prepare for their challenge against East Central (Sandstone, MN). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 7-16 record. In their last challenge, East Central was routed by Ogilvie (Ogilvie, MN), 67-62, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the Aitkin Gobblers (Aitkin, MN) in a AA Section 7 challenge, on Tuesday, February 18. Greenway will attempt to improve on its 3-21 season record. The Gobblers come into the challenge with a 19-8 record after their 56-37 non-league win over Denfeld (Duluth, MN).
