Texas High School Basketball - Gunter bests Malakoff

The Gunter Tigers basketball team scored 50 points and limited the host Malakoff Tigers to 35 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Tigers now possess a 33-3 record. They play next when they travel to Winnsboro for a non-league game on Thursday, February 20. Gunter will play a Raiders team coming off a 69-37 non-league win over Mineola (Mineola, TX). The Raiders record now stands at 34-3.

With the loss, Malakoff falls to 31-5 on the campaign.
