In Monday's league test, the Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs (Brooklyn Park, MN) basketball squad defeated the host Holy Family Catholic Fire (Victoria, MN), by a final score of 61-41.
Next, the Mustangs clash with the Nova Classical Academy Knights (St. Paul, MN) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, February 18. Maranatha Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 14-4 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 12-10 record after their 72-24 league loss to St. Croix Lutheran (West St. Paul, MN).
The Fire (13-14) will now prepare for their test against Jordan (Jordan, MN). The Hubmen / Jaguars come into the AA Section 5 test with a 20-8 record. In their last test, Jordan overcame Southwest Christian (Chaska, MN), 77-56, in a league test.
