In Monday's non-league contest, the host Rock Point Cougars basketball team scored a big 64-35 triumph over the San Pasqual Valley Warriors.
The Cougars (19-3) will now prepare for their contest against St. David (St. David, AZ). The Tigers go into the non-league challenge with a 20-10 record. In their last challenge, St. David trounced Dishchii'bikoh (Cibecue, AZ), 66-32, in a non-league challenge.
