The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the St. Mary's Spartans (Lynn, MA) and the visiting Whitman-Hanson Regional Panthers (Whitman, MA), observed St. Mary's's basketball team overwhelm Whitman-Hanson Regional by a score of 47-24.

The Spartans (19-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Newburyport (Newburyport, MA). The Clippers come into the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record.
