The Spanish River Sharks lacrosse squad scored 17 points and limited the visiting Dr. Joaquin Garcia Bulldogs to 0 in the Sharks non-league triumph on Monday.

With the victory, Spanish River advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Sharks host Cardinal Gibbons (Fort Lauderdale, FL) to play the Chiefs in a non-league game on Wednesday, February 19. The Chiefs come into the game with a record of 2-0. Cardinal Gibbons won 18-1 in their recent non-league game against Gulliver Prep (Miami, FL)
