Fans at Monday's non-league test between the The First Academy Royals (Orlando, FL) and the host Buchholz Bobcats (Gainesville, FL), witnessed The First Academy's lacrosse squad gain a win over Buchholz by a count of 8-6.
The Royals (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Lake Brantley (Altamonte Springs, FL). The Patriots enter the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Lake Brantley was edged by West Orange (Winter Garden, FL), 18-5, in a non-league test.
Next, the Bobcats battle the Tocoi Creek Toros (St. Augustine, FL) in a 2A D3 test, on Thursday, February 20. Buchholz will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Toros enter the test with a 1-1 record after their 9-7 non-league loss to Fleming Island (Orange Park, FL).
