In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Nettleton Tigers basketball team scored a tight 53-51 triumph over the North Panola Cougars.
In their next game, the Tigers meet the Booneville Blue Devils (Booneville, MS) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 25. Nettleton will attempt to better on its 22-6 season record. The Blue Devils enter the match with a 26-2 record after their 61-29 non-league win over Amory (Amory, MS).
With the defeat, North Panola moves to 4-9 on the season.
