Georgia High School Soccer - Franklin County overwhelmed by Clarke Central

The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Clarke Central Gladiators (Athens, GA) and the visiting Franklin County Lions (Carnesville, GA), saw Clarke Central's soccer squad triumph over Franklin County by a margin of 6-0.
The Gladiators now sport a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Loganville for a AAAAA Region 8 test on Friday, February 25. Clarke Central will encounter a Red Devils squad coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA). The Red Devils record now stands at 7-0.
With the loss, Franklin County drops to 2-4 on the season. The Lions travel to Banks County (Homer, GA) to encounter the Leopards in a non-league test on Tuesday, February 22. The Leopards come into the test with a record of 1-3. Banks County lost 10-1 in their recent non-league test against North Hall (Gainesville, GA)
