The Golden Bears now own a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Flour Bluff for a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 19. Edison will battle a Hornets squad coming off a 11-1 non-league win over La Joya (La Joya, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Calhoun falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Sandcrabs travel to Santa Gertrudis Academy (Kingsville, TX) to battle the Lions in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 19. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 1-1. Santa Gertrudis Academy won 13-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Edison (San Antonio, TX)
