Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Long Island Lutheran Crusaders (Brookville, NY) and the visiting Albany Academy for Boys Cadets (Albany, NY), saw Long Island Lutheran's basketball squad wallop Albany Academy for Boys by a tally of 93-56.

With the victory, Long Island Lutheran improves its record to 18-2 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Legacy Early College (Greenville, SC) to confront the Lions in a Freelance challenge on Thursday, March 2. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 14-7.

Next up, the Cadets confront the Hudson Falls Tigers (Hudson Falls, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 22. Albany Academy for Boys will attempt to improve on its 13-6 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 16-4 record after their 78-51 league loss to Amsterdam (Amsterdam, NY).
