Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay] Bison (Rogers, ND) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Maple Valley Raiders (Tower City, ND), 64-58 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay] upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season.
Next up, the Raiders play the Northern Cass Jaguars (Hunter, ND) in a B Region 1 bout, on Monday, February 20. Maple Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 6-10 record after their 51-43 league loss to Hankinson (Hankinson, ND).
