In Saturday's non-league outing, the Bay Tigers (Bay St. Louis, MS) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Newton County Cougars (Decatur, MS), by a count of 56-33.
The Tigers (17-14) will now prepare for their outing against Raymond (Raymond, MS). The Rangers go into the non-league outing with a 25-6 record. In their last outing, Raymond smashed Lawrence County (Monticello, MS), 72-43, in a non-league outing.
The Cougars now hold a 6-6 record.
