Capital Prep Trailblazers (Hartford, CT) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Parish Hill Pirates (Chaplin, CT), 61-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Capital Prep upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Trailblazers travel to Fairfield Prep (Fairfield, CT) to play the Jesuits in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 21. The Jesuits go into the bout with a record of 15-4. Fairfield Prep won 64-55 in their recent non-league bout against Hand (Madison, CT)

Next up, the Pirates play the Grasso Tech Eagles (Groton, CT) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 20. Parish Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 0-16 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 6-12 record after their 53-39 non-league loss to Hale Ray (Moodus, CT).
