The Duluth East Greyhounds basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Shakopee Sabers to 60 in the Greyhounds non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Greyhounds now sport a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cloquet for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 21. Duluth East will meet a Lumberjacks team coming off a 66-63 non-league loss to Moose Lake/Willow River (Moose Lake, MN). The Lumberjacks record now stands at 12-12.
The Sabers (13-9) will now prepare for their contest against Burnsville (Burnsville, MN). The Blaze enter the non-league contest with a 9-13 record.
