Flasher Bulldogs (Flasher, ND) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Max Cossacks (Max, ND), 71-64 in a league bout.
With the victory, Flasher upgrades its record to 5-8 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Lemmon (Lemmon, SD) to play the Cowboys in a non-league bout on Friday, February 24. The Cowboys come into the bout with a record of 9-10. Lemmon lost 63-42 in their recent league bout against Harding County (Buffalo, SD)
Next up, the Cossacks play the Underwood Comets (Underwood, ND) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 24. Max will attempt to upgrade on its 2-13 season record.
