The Ipswich Tigers basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Tiospa Zina Wambdi to 39 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Tigers now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leola/Frederick for a non-league contest on Friday, February 24. Ipswich will meet a Titans team coming off a 63-34 non-league loss to Waubay/Summit (Waubay, SD). The Titans record now stands at 11-8.

The Wambdi (11-8) will now prepare for their contest against Milbank (Milbank, SD). The Bulldogs enter the A Region 1 contest with a 12-7 record. In their last contest, Milbank was outscored by Madison (Madison, SD), 57-45, in a non-league contest.
