Wind River Cougars (Pavillion, WY) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host St. Stephens Eagles (St. Stephens, WY), 80-56 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Wind River upgrades its record to 10-8 on the season.

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Pine Ridge Thorpes (Pine Ridge, SD) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 21. St. Stephens will attempt to upgrade on its 4-12 season record. The Thorpes go into the bout with a 15-3 record after their 78-37 non-league win over Cheyenne-Eagle Butte (Eagle Butte, SD).
