In Saturday's non-league game, the host Hemet Bulldogs baseball team scored a tight 15-12 victory over the Beaumont Cougars.
The Bulldogs (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Canyon Springs (Moreno Valley, CA). The Cougars go into the game with a 0-0 record.
The Cougars (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Los Osos (Rancho Cucamonga, CA). The Grizzlies go into the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Los Osos tipped Yucaipa (Yucaipa, CA), 7-1, in a non-league game.
