In Saturday's non-league outing, the Grove City Greyhounds (Grove City, OH) basketball squad edged the visiting Big Walnut Golden Eagles (Sunbury, OH), by a count of 51-44.
The Greyhounds (20-4) will now prepare for their outing against Bishop Watterson (Columbus, OH). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 10-10 record. In their last outing, Bishop Watterson held off Bishop Ready (Columbus, OH), 65-38, in a league outing.
The Golden Eagles now hold a 15-8 record.
