The Leavitt Hornets the host Wells Warriors ice hockey squad by a count of 6-4 in Saturday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Leavitt moves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Hornets host Greely (Cumberland Center, ME) to face the Rangers in a Class B South bout on Wednesday, February 22. The Rangers go into the bout with a record of 2-14. Greely lost 6-1 in their recent league bout against Cape Elizabeth (Cape Elizabeth, ME)
The Warriors now sport a 0-4 record.
