The Jefferson Silver Foxes routed the visiting Austin Panthers softball squad by a final score of 16-8 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Silver Foxes (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Bel Air (El Paso, TX). The Highlanders go into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Bel Air was routed by Franklin (El Paso, TX), 10-9, in a non-league battle.
