The Cleburne Yellowjackets (Cleburne, TX) softball routed the host Jefferson Patriots (Dallas, TX), 15-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Yellowjackets (7-0) will now prepare for their bout against Diamond Hill-Jarvis (Fort Worth, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, Diamond Hill-Jarvis was routed by MacArthur (Irving, TX), 17-10, in a non-league bout.
The Patriots now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Molina for a 5A Region II District 11 bout on Tuesday, February 21. Jefferson will confront a Jaguars squad coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Mansfield Timberview (Arlington, TX). The Jaguars record now stands at 4-1.
