The St. Augustine Purple Knights (New Orleans, LA) baseball trounced the host Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy Swamp Owls (Kenner, LA), 11-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Purple Knights now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Archbishop Shaw for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 20. St. Augustine will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 14-1 non-league loss to Mandeville (Mandeville, LA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
With the defeat, Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy drops to 3-2 on the year. The Swamp owls travel to South Plaquemines (Buras, LA) to clash with the Hurricanes in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 20. The Hurricanes go into the challenge with a record of 1-1.
