The Riverside Academy Rebels baseball team scored 10 runs and held the host St. John Eagles to 8 in the Rebels non-league win on Tuesday.
The Rebels now own a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cedar Creek for a non-league test on Thursday, February 20. Riverside Academy will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Winnfield (Winnfield, LA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-1.
With the defeat, St. John drops to 0-3 on the year. The Eagles host Family Christian (Baton Rouge, LA) to clash with the Flames in a non-league test on Thursday, February 20. The Flames go into the test with a record of 3-0. Family Christian won 22-4 in their recent non-league test against Broadmoor (Baton Rouge, LA)
