In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Northwest Catholic Lions basketball team scored a good 58-44 triumph over the Enfield Eagles.
The Lions (19-2) will now prepare for their contest against Hall (West Hartford, CT). The Titans go into the Central Connecticut - West Colonial contest with a 13-6 record. In their last contest, Hall topped Glastonbury (Glastonbury, CT), 57-49, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles confront the Edwin O. Smith Panthers (Storrs, CT) in a Central Connecticut - East Patriot contest, on Wednesday, February 26. Enfield will attempt to better on its 11-13 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 10-10 record after their 65-60 non-league loss to Tolland (Tolland, CT).
